Raison is a stylish doe with dairiness and strength throughout; her style reminds us of her granddam, Raindancer.  She has one of the best udders in the herd, with an extremely wide and high rear udder, well-extended fore udder, and near-ideal teat size and placement. Raison had a spontaneous abortion in 2007, and therefore did not show at her best, but still completed an impressive production record. 

Raison was 1st place Yearling Milker at the REDGA and Mendocino County Fairs; she was 2nd place at Sonoma County Fair and 3rd place at the California State Fair with 1st udder at both shows.  Raison looked beautiful in 2004, and finished her championship by going GCH at the Nevada State DGA show and the Gold Country DGA shows under judges Karen Senn, Kristi Bozzo, and Ed Jodlowski; she was also RGCH three times, and placed 1st with 1st udder at the Sonoma County Fair and 2nd at the California State Fair.  Raison is bred to Freelance and due in March.
