The 1999 Reserve All-American milking yearling, Kendra is a large, powerful, long, and level doe.  She also excels in width of the chest floor and depth into the flank, without yielding smoothness of blending or style…a difficult combination to achieve in an Alpine. She has a very well attached udder, with an incredibly high, wide rear attachment and a tight fore-udder.  She beat Kuma Sutra twice to win grand champion at the District VIII Alpine specialty show under Joan Dean Rowe and grand champion under Katherine Burns.  She was reserve to Kuma Sutra under Jennifer Bice and Sam Whiteside.  At the nationals, Kendra was 5^th in a class of 59, and part of our 1^st place breeder’s trio and 1^st dairy herd. Kendra is also an outstanding milker, peaking at 17 lbs this year. She has several beautiful sons hard at work in herds throughout the state.
